Terms & Conditions

1. This booking confirmation voucher has to be exchanged for an Entry Ticket between 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM starting four days prior to the session or on match day until the start of the match of that day, at the Kalinga Stadium Ticket Counter, Bhubaneswar.
2. This booking confirmation voucher has to be produced with a valid original photo ID (along with a Photo Copy) of the purchaser for identification & redemption of the actual ticket.
3. The name of the purchaser that appears on this booking confirmation voucher must be identical as in the photo ID proof.
4. The organisers are not responsible for the misuse of this booking confirmation voucher. Any liability arising out of the misuse of this booking confirmation will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
5. The organisers do not take any responsibility for any injuries, loss or theft of any personal belongings of the ticket holder.
6. Ticketgenie is the official ticket service provider of this event and is not the organiser/promotor of this event.
7. Each person holding a ticket will be subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned on the ticket In addition to these conditions.
8. Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled.
9. This ticket has to be produced at the time of entry. No entry will be allowed without a valid ticket or with a ticket which is torn, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
10. Re-entry will be allowed to respective stands only.
11. Spectators are requested to keep possession of the ticket during the entire time at the stadium. Spectator may be requested to produce their tickets at multiple check points and if necessary, multiple times and will be denied access if they fail to produce the ticket.
12. The ticket holder is entitled to sit in the stand designated to him / her and exchange of Stands / classes and or sections are not permitted.
13. Security agencies of the organizing committee reserves the right to frisk / search Spectators at any point of entry and or within the stadium premises and if necessary multiple times.
14. Any item considered dangerous/hazardous to the security of the stadium players/spectators or assembled guests, including but not limited to alcohol, psychotropic substances, banned substances, tobacco or tobacco products, arms & ammunition, knives or other sharp implements (including Swiss army knives and similar derivatives), weapons, inflammable substances, fire crackers, matchboxes, lighters etc will not be permitted inside the stadium. Each of these items will be confiscated at security checkpoints and will not be returned.
15. Coins, bottles, tins, cans, metal containers and any other item that may be considered hazardous will not be permitted into the stadium. Each of these items will be confiscated at security checkpoints and will not be returned.
16. Bags (except lady's handbags), Bottles, lighters, cans, musical instruments, flammable, toxic, metal containers, firecrackers, fireworks, weapons, helmets or any other article which might endanger or cause inconvenience to other’s are not permitted into the stadium and no provision is made for the storage of these items. These items are required to be left outside the stadium premises at the sole risk of the owner.
17. The use of transistors, computers, cameras or any other audio visual recording equipment, for recording and / or communication of the match details, statistics, images etc is strictly prohibited.
18. Food and beverages of any type will not be allowed into the spectator’s stands.
19. Foul, abusive or unruly language or behavior, entry onto the field of play, throwing of any article or the possession or use of any item into the stadium are not allowed. Any person found violating these conditions will result in expulsion from the Stands / stadium premises, may be handed over to concerned authorities and the Organising Committee may also initiate appropriate civil or criminal proceedings.
20. Items, including without limitation, t-shirts, banners, flags etc, displaying commercial logos, which, in the organizer's view, conflict with the rights of any official sponsors, will not be allowed into the stadium. Any such person found inside the stadium with such items may result in expulsion from the Stands / stadium premises, handed over to the concerned authorities and the Organising Committee may also initiate appropriate civil or criminal proceedings.
21. Any racially abusive comments and actions will result in expulsion from the Stands / stadium premises and may initiate further action such as criminal prosecution. Organising Committee retains the right to capture the images of such persons through photographs or video and to impose life-bans on such persons.
22. Refunds (less any applicable administration fee, if any), will only be made if the Match is cancelled or abandoned. No other refunds will be made.
23. Though reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the safety and comfort of the spectators during the match, the organising committee disclaims any responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the property of the spectator, arising during or in connection with the match.
24. This ticket is valid only for 1 person. Children above 3 years must possess a valid ticket.
25. The entry gates will open 2 hours before the start of the first match.
26. Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium premises.
27. This ticket is strictly not transferable and is for the sole use of the purchaser.
